6. Termination

Purlieu reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User’s access to the Services without prior notice if:

The User breaches any provision of these Terms.
Purlieu decides to discontinue the Services.

Upon termination, the User’s right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections concerning Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law will survive

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. Purlieu does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet the User’s specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purlieu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

The User’s access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services.
Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party.
Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services.

In no event shall Purlieu’s aggregate liability for all claims related to the Services exceed the amounts paid by the User to Purlieu in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Butler County, Pennsylvania.

10. Changes to Terms

Purlieu reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the Website or via email. Continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
